Nichole Dailor was assigned as Tim's graduate research assistant for the first two years of her doctoral program. Because she came with a masters degree and research experience, she very capably took on a lot of work. Her two publications from the lab are a testimony to her effectiveness. Nichole’s primary research interest is professional ethics. She is presently on her doctoral internship in Aurora, Illinois.
