a website created by graduate students in my practicum class on
organizational psychology. It contains many useful tools for leader
development, including: a competency model for leadership, an online
self-assessment tool, an online development plan builder, and resources
for leader development, such as book reviews, movie reviews,
inspirational quotes, and links to websites for developing leadership
skills.

Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) is a division of the
American Psychological Association. SIOP’s website has many useful
resources, such as descriptions of all graduate programs in I/O
psychology, job postings for I/O psychology, and back issues of TIP –
