Assistant Professor Position in Clinical Psychology
Assistant Professor Position in Clinical Psychology. The Department of Psychology at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science invites applications for a full-time 12 month tenure track position at the Assistant Professor level. We are seeking an individual with strong research and training in Clinical Neuropsychology. By the time of their appointment, applications must have completed a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from an APA-accredited program; an APA approved internship in clinical psychology, and be license-eligible in Illinois. Responsibilities include development of an active research program, supervising graduate students’ research and clinical training, and teaching graduate courses. Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science offers a competitive salary and Benefits package.
The Department includes an APA accredited doctoral clinical psychology program as well as a masters degree program in clinical psychology and offers tracks of specialization in neuropsychology, health psychology and psychopathology within the doctoral program. One of the positions would be located within an Autism unit, and would be responsible for providing neuropsychological assessments and treatment. This position requires a PhD. Level Psychologist license in the State of Michigan, and 5-7 years of experience.
The second position is within a Development Disabilities unit, and would be responsible for intensive outpatient, psychological assessments and treatment for individuals with neuron-developmental disorders. This position requires Masters Level Clinical Psychologist license in the State of Michigan, and 3-5 years experience.
Both positions are full-time permanent placements located in Grand Rapids, MI.
