Application Process

Application Deadline is January 1, 2010

 

Required Admissions Forms:

  1. Complete and submit an application with all required application materials to the College of Graduate Studies at https://apply.cmich.edu. (Domestic and International) TOEFL Code: 1106.
  1. Official transcripts of ALL universities/colleges attended: mail to College of Graduate Studies, 100 Foust Hall, Central Michigan University, Mount Pleasant, MI 48859.
  1. Complete and submit the I/O Supplemental Information. (Word)
  1. Download and print three Recommendation for Admission Forms. (Word)
  1. Submit an official copy of GRE Scores: CMU Code: 1106, I/O Psychology Code: 2008.

Optional Funding Form:

  1. Complete and submit the Graduate Fellowship Application. (Master's only)
  2. Complete the Martin Luther King. Jr./César Chávez/Rosa Parks Future Faculty Program Application. (Optional)

If your computer is not compatible for downloading these forms, then you may want to print out the application materials and mail them in.  Please use the following mailing address:
