Admissions Application

Deadline: February 1, 2009 

Required Admissions Forms:

  1. Complete and submit an application with all required application materials to the College of Graduate Studies at https://apply.cmich.edu. (Domestic and International) TOEFL Code: 1106.
  1. Complete and submit the Experimental Supplemental Information.
  1. Download and print Transcript Request Form.
  1. Download and print three Recommendation for Admission Forms.
  1. Submit GRE Scores: An official copy of your GRE scores must be sent to the Experimental program.
    CMU Code: 1106, Experimental Psychology Code: 2007.

Optional Funding Forms:

  1. Complete and submit the Martin Luther King, Jr./Cesar Chavez/Rosa Parks Future Faculty Program Application and Guidelines.
  1. Complete and submit the College of Graduate Office Assistantship Application
  1. Complete and submit the Graduate Fellowship Application.
