Bio:
Dr. Ronan joined the CMU faculty in 1989. From 1995 thru 1999, Dr. Ronan served as the Director of the department's affiliated training clinic, The Psychological Training and Consultation Center. From 1999 thru 2005, Dr. Ronan served as Director of the Doctoral Program in Clinical Psychology. For the past 15 years, he has coordinated a clinical research program focused on violent offenders, The Violence Reduction Clinic at Central Michigan University. Dr. Ronan has continued to maintain an interest in professional issue and serves as treasurer for the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies and on the Board of Directors for the American Board of Professional Psychology specialization in Cognitive and Behavioral Psychology. In his spare time he teaches social dance.
