Research Interests:

Although broadly interested in all topics related to personnel psychology, Dr. Christiansen’s primary research interest involves organizational personality testing and applicant response distortion of personality inventories.  Other current interests focus on improving job analysis methodology, attitudinal consequences of organizational efforts to support diversity, and organizational politics.  Finally, he is interested in methodological advances in I/O applications of structural equation modeling and the analysis of covariance structures in general.
