Welcome to my website!

I received my B.S.E. from University of Wisconsin.  After a brief experience teaching in the public schools, I completed my M.A. in social psychology from Southern Illinois University, followed by a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational (I/O) psychology from Northern Illinois University.  Prior to coming to CMU in 1997, I chaired the I/O program at Florida Tech and worked as a consultant in test development and personnel selection.
