LCM Content Validation Survey

Greetings:

We appreciate you taking the time to complete our survey. It should take you about 20-30 minutes to respond to about 130 statements across 5 different sections of the survey.

The purpose of this survey is to help us determine what competencies (knowledge, skills, abilities, behaviors) are important for new college hires within your organization who are expected to perform in roles requiring some leadership during their early careers. A series of competencies will be listed in each section, and you will be asked to rate the extent to which you feel each competency is important and/or required of individuals who are entering your organization directly from college.

All of your responses will remain anonymous (we will not ask you for your name), and the responses you generate will only be accessible to the small group of researchers working on this project.

Before beginning the survey, please indicate the industry classification for your organization.

Considering the job family that you most often recruit new college graduates to work in, which college majors are you most likely to hire? (check all that apply)
