Developing these 5 competencies is a process that requires diligence.  It is extremely important to be self directed and to hold yourself accountable for meeting the goals you set for yourself.  As you completing the following steps, you will generate goals and standards that mark your development in each of the 5 competencies, outline ideas for developmental opportunities, and outline some specific steps you can take toward accomplishing your goals.
