be used to identify your strengths and weakness as a
leader. To complete the assessment follow the link below
and answer the questions on all four pages.
After completing the questionnaire you
will be provided with a feedback report indicating your
developmental needs and providing you with your average
score for each of the broad competency dimensions. Save
or print out this report, it will be destroyed by
