This book, based upon my Master's Thesis, is available through used book dealers.  It is a translation and explication of a section from a Tibetan commentary/textbook on the opening verses of Candrakirti's Introduction to the Middle Way (Madhyamakavatara). 

The cover shows Avalokiteshvara, the bodhisattva of compassion, as portrayed by the contemporary Tibetan artist A-la Rig-ta.
