Research and Clinical Interests
My main interests include anxiety disorders, responses to trauma, and the relationships among physical and psychological problems. More generally, I am interested in cognitive-behavioral theory, assessment, and therapy, and in training and supervision within a scientist-practitioner model.
In 1998, I opened the Trauma and Anxiety Disorders Clinic (TADC), a specialty clinic within the Psychological Training and Consultation Center. The TADC serves three purposes: we provide clinical services to the community, conduct research, and train doctoral students. For more information on the TADC, please click here.
Students who are interested in joining the Trauma and
Anxiety Disorders research team should contact me as early in the semester
as possible.
