Thank you for taking the time to complete this anonymous survey.  If you have NO OPINION about a particular question, please skip it and move on.  Throughout the survey, the term “MINORITY” refers to people who identify as Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, Asian, American Indian/Alaskan Native, or Native Hawaiian/other Pacific Islander.  “SENIOR OFFICERS” include the president, provost, vice presidents, assistant/associate vice presidents, deans, and associate deans.
