Carl Johnson received his Ph.D. in general-experimental psychology from Michigan State University in 1979.  He has been on the faculty at CMU since 1978.  His primary teaching and research are in three areas:  behavior analysis, behavioral pediatrics, and organizational  behavior management.  This last area is particularly relevant to Industrial/Organizational Psychology.  He is on the board of editors for the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management.
