1. Measure 25 mg 3-NP

2. Pipette 25 ml PBS (pH 7.4) into flask (label)

3. Add 3-NP to PBS and vortex

4. pH to 7.4 using HCL/NaOH

5. Pour 3-NP solution into vial, cap with rubber stopper (label: date, time)
