The Brain Research Laboratory is currently researching effective pharmaceutical interventions for neurodegenerative diseases such as Huntington's Disease and Parkinson's Disease, as well as lead toxicity in children. The lab is not only geared for graduate level research, but is proud to offer undergraduates the ability to conduct the same level of research. With this opportunity, undergraduates can graduate from CMU with a firm knowledge in the area of basic and applied research.
