Application Process

Application Deadline is January 1, 2009

 

Required Admissions Forms:

  1. Complete and submit an application with all required application materials to the College of Graduate Studies at https://apply.cmich.edu. (Domestic and International) TOEFL Code: 1106.
  1. Official transcripts. You may download and print Transcript Request Form.
  1. Complete and submit the I/O Supplemental Information.
  1. Download and print three Recommendation for Admission Forms.
  1. Submit an official copy of GRE Scores: CMU Code: 1106, I/O Psychology Code: 2008.

Optional Funding Forms: Will be updated Mid-August

If your computer is not compatible for downloading these forms, then you may want to print out the application materials and mail them in.  Please use the following mailing address:
