CURRENT RESEARCH
INTERESTS
The political philosophy of Aesop's Fables and the Life of Aesop as they have been interpreted and used from Greek times to the present. Also, the political philosophy of Alasdair MacIntyre, particularly the relationship of his most recent work to the literature on caring that has been developed by feminist writers. I am also researching methods of teaching critical thinking skills in the classroom as part of the process of developing a new course on critical thinking.
