Observation guidelines

1)      What is the environment like

2)      What are some qualities of the person to make them good at the job

3)      What problems are there

4)      What benefits are there

5)      Look for emotional issues and how they are resolved

6)      Describe the tasks the person is facing

7)      What are some positive aspects

8)      What are some negative aspects

9)      Look for things about the job that you think you are qualified for (or ways you fit in with this type of job)
