The Department of History offers an extensive array of undergraduate and graduate courses, reflecting the historical depth, range, and diversity of the human experience. Through learning and research we train students at the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels in historical interpretation and analysis.
Our objective is to provide a foundation for numerous professions, including business, government, journalism, and law; to train professionals in primary, secondary, and higher education; and to encourage and support advanced scholarship in historical studies.
