SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Student must have signed German major or minor

Student must have sophomore, junior or senior standing by the end of this calendar year

Student must have completed at least German 201 at CMU by the end of the current semester

Student must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher, as well as in German courses

Student must submit an unofficial transcript

Student must submit a double-spaced, typed essay of 500 words maximum in answer to these questions:

What are your goals (educational, personal, etc.) for your study abroad?
Why would you be a suitable candidate for this scholarship?
